India is a large country with huge population. Many a TIMES, voters are unable to vote due to various REASONS. These are as follows. 1. Any person cannot exercise his vote if he is confined in a PRISON, whether under a sentence of imprisonment or transportation or otherwise he is in lawful CUSTODY of police. 2. Any person cannot exercise his vote if his name is not entered in the electoral roll although he has attained the age of eighteen years. Please mark as brainliest
