I had brought a victim of hit and run case to your hospital yesterday for treatment. I was anxious to procure urgent medical attention for the victim but to my dismay the attention came only after a prolonged period of painful and nervous wait. The emergency department appeared to be in a chaos. No doctor was available for a long time. By the time he arrived a long restless queue had already formed. All the while I was anxious about the well being of the patient who was bleeding profusely. Only after much pleading with the doctor could I compel him to see the patient. I would like you to carry out a full investigation into my concerns and provide a response in accordance with the Complaints Procedure of your hospital.
