Females are victims of intimate partner violence at a rate about five times that of males. 3. Females between the ages of 16 and 24 are most vulnerable to domestic violence. To control this domestic violence – 1. Proper counselling should be given to them. 2. Value oriented education should be taught to the children. 3. The nature of thinking from others’ point of view’ should be developed from childhood.
