Rules of Long Jump:

1. Track for long jump should not be less than 40 metres long and about 1.22 to 1.25 mt broad.

4. If the number of jumpers is more than eight, three chances are given to each jumper. Out of them eight best are taken and each of them is again given three chances and then the final decision is taken.

7. Judgement is based on the distance covered by the jumper.
