His teachings and sayings became the basis of Buddhism, one of world’s leading religions which are followed in some countries like Japan, China, and Burma etc.He is believed to have been born in Lumbini forests in Nepalese Terai in the sixth century B.C. Before he became the Buddha (the Enlightened), he was called Siddharth. His father’s name was Suddhodana, who was the ruler of Kapilvastu. His mother’s name was MAYA Devi, who died soon after Siddharth’s birth.Siddharth was a child with a contemplative bent of mind. He was inclined towards meditation and spiritual pursuits much against the wishes of his father. His father feared that Siddharth might leave home, and so, kept tried to insulate him from the harsh realities of the world outside by keeping him inside the palace all the time.He even arranged his marriage with a beautiful princess Yashodhara when he was 18. They had a son named Rahul. But all these could not change the mind of young Siddharth.The Buddhist traditions mention that when Siddharth encountered an old man, a sick person and a dead body, he realized how short lived is worldly passions and pleasures. Soon after he left his family and Kingdom and went into the forest in search of peace and truth. He wandered from place to place to gain knowledge. He met many scholars and saints but he was not satisfied.At last he started hard meditation bearing great physical suffering. After six years of wandering and meditation Siddharth got enlightment when he was sitting in meditation under a pipal tree in the town of GANGES (Bihar).Siddharth now got transformed into Buddha or the enlightened one at the age of the thirty five. The pipal tree under which he got Enlightment came to be known as Bodhi Vriksha.Buddha attained what he wished for. He preached his first sermon in Sarnath, near Varanasi. He taught that the world is full of sorrows and people suffer on account of desire. Hence desires needed to be conquered by following Eightfold Path. Of these eight paths, the first three would ensure physical control, the next two ensures mental control, and the last two would ensure intellectual development.Buddha taught that the final goal of every Buddhist is the attainment of ‘Nirvana’. ‘Nirvana’ could be attained neither by prayer nor by sacrifice. It can be ACHIEVED by right kind of living and thinking. Buddha did not speak of God and his teachings constitute more of a PHILOSOPHY and system of ethics than a religion. Buddhism affirms the LAW of Karma by which a person’s action in life determines his status in future incarnations.Buddhism is identified with the principles of non-violence. The Tripitika’ is a collection of Buddha’s teachings, life and philosophical discourses on the teachings and the commentaries. Buddha attained his Nirvana in Khushinagar (U.P.) in 483 B.C. |

| Answer» TION:एक समय था जब जादूगर, तमाशा दिखाने वाले और कठपुतली के नाच के जरिए छोटे-छोटे बच्चों का मनोरंजन किया जाता था। पर आज देश में पपेट-शो दिखाने वाले कलाकार बहुत कम बचे हैं। इसलिए शायद तुममें से कुछ बच्चों को पपेट-शो देखने का मौका मिला हो और कुछ को नहीं। आज हम तुम्हें पपेट और पपेटियर की दुनिया के बारे में बताना चाहते हैं। तो चलो, इनके बारे में जानते हैं शशिप्रभा तिवारी सेकठपुतली की शुरुआतऐसा माना जाता है कि चीन में हान वंश के राजा वू हान ने सबसे पहले पपेट बनवायी। चीन के राजा वू हान अपनी पत्नी से बहुत प्यार करते थे। अचानक उनकी पत्नी मर जाती है। इससे वह दुखी हो जाते हैं। उन्हें इस दुख से उबारने के लिए उनके कुछ दोस्तों ने एक शैडो पपेट बनाई। रोशनी में उसकी परछाई रानी के रूप-रंग जैसी नजर आती थी। इस तरह उस शैडो पपेट को देखकर राजा खुश रहने लगे। धीरे-धीरे इसका प्रचार होने लगा। फिर चीन में युद्ध की कहानियां, लोकल ईवेंट्स और बुद्ध की कहानियों को शैडो पपेट के जरिए लोगों को दिखाया जाने लगा।इसके साथ ही चीन के मंगोल सैनिकों के मनोरंजन के लिए शैडो पपेट का प्रयोग किया जाने लगा। इन सैनिकों के जरिए यह आर्ट फॉर्म पर्शिया, टर्की, ग्रीस आदि देशों में पहुंची। चीन के अलावा, शैडो पपेट इंडोनेशिया, थाईलैंड, मलेशिया, कम्बोडिया, जावा, बाली, जापान, भारत में प्रचलित है।हमारे देश में कठपुतलीहमारे देश में पपेट की शुरुआत हड़प्पन पीरियड से मानी जाती है, क्योंकि रिसर्च के दौरान छोटी-छोटी क्ले-डॉल्स वगैरह मिली हैं। इनसे अनुमान लगाया जाता है कि उस समय ये बच्चों के खेलने के लिए हुआ करती थीं। आजादी से पहले सन् 1930 में बॉम्बे प्रेसीडेंसी के गजट में किलिकेत लोगों का जिक्र मिलता है। किलिकेत कम्युनिटी के पुरुष पपेट का डांस दिखाते थे और उनकी औरतें बैकग्राउंड म्यूजिक देती थीं। केरल में पपेट-शो के दौरान पपेटियर धार्मिक कहानी दिखाते हैं। वहां के पपेटियर पपेट-शो को देवी काली को समर्पित करते हैं। वो ज्यादातर मंदिरों के अहाते में अपना शो करते हैं। केरल के पपेटियर्स का मानना है कि जब भगवान राम ने रावण को मार, उस समय देवी काली राक्षसों से लड़ाई कर रही थीं। वह रावण के वध को नहीं देख पाई थीं। उन्हीं को दिखाने के लिए वह कठपुतली-शो करते हैं, जिसमें रामायण की कहानी दिखाते हैं, इसलिए उनकी मुख्य दर्शक देवी काली हैं।कितनी तरह की कठपुतलियांकठपुतली कई चीजों से बनाई जाती है। यह मिट्टी, लकड़ी, कागज की लुगदी यानी पेपर मैशी और लेदर से बनाई जाती है। भारत में लकड़ी व मिट्टी से बनी पपेट को कठपुतली या नॉर्मल पपेट और लेदर की पपेट को शैडो पपेट कहा जाता है। वैसे पपेट कई तरह की होती हैं, जैसे ग्लोव, रॉड, स्ट्रिंग और शैडो। कई देशों में लेदर पपेट भैंस, हिरण, बकरी के चमड़े से बनाई जाती हैं। अब तो वॉटर पपेट भी बनने लगी हैं। उत्तर भारत में जहां रंग-बिरंगी कठपुतली बनाई जाती हैं, वहीं दक्षिण भारत में ज्यादातर लेदर पपेट प्रचलित हैं। इनमें कर्नाटक की पपेट रंग-बिरंगी होती हैं, जबकि केरल की पपेट काले रंग की होती हैं।सबसे बड़ी पपेटआजकल सिर्फ पपेट शो के लिए ही पपेट नहीं बनाई जातीं, बल्कि कई त्योहारों के दौरान थीम आधारित शो करने के लिए भी पपेट बनाई और सजाई जाती हैं। इन दिनों तो वॉल-हैंगिंग और डेकोरेशन पीस के तौर पर भी पपेट का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। बहरहाल हम बात कर रहे थे कि सबसे बड़ी पपेट किसने बनाई। जानते हो, न्यूयॉर्क के विपेज हैलोवीन परेड के दौरान सबसे बड़ी पपेट फीनिक्स बनायी गयी थी। इसे सोफिया माइकेल्स ने वर्ष 2001 में बनाया था।हमारे देश के जाने-माने पपेटियरइनमें दादी पद्मजी, पूरण भट्ट, सुरेश दा, प्रदीपनाथ त्रिपाठी, सत्यजीत पधे, अनुरूपा रॉय, डॉं. आर. भानुमती के नाम शामिल हैं। दादी पद्मजी का इशारा पपेट थियटर और पूरण भट्ट का आकाश पपेट फाउंडेशन राजधानी दिल्ली में हैं। इन्होंने पपेट की परंपरागत प्रस्तुति के साथ थियेटर के लिए भी इसका प्रयोग किया है। इसके अलावा, संगीत नाटक अकादमी की ओर से पपेट फेस्टिवल पुतुल-यात्रा का आयोजन किया जाता रहा है। पिछले दिनों दिल्ली में संस्कृति फाउंडेशन की ओर से पपेट-शो और पपेट-एग्जिबीशन का आयोजन किया गया था। इसे तुम्हारे जैसे लगभग 700 स्कूली बच्चों ने देखा। पपेट शो में तुम्हें यूपी के पपेटियर गुलाबो-सिताबो, दी ग्रेट राजा मास्टर की कहानी दिखाएंगे। राजस्थान के पपेटियर तुम्हें ढोला-मारू और अमर सिंह राठौर की कहानी पपेट के जरिए बताएंगे। बंगाल के कलाकार काबुलीवाला और उड़ीसा के पपेटियर राधा-कृष्ण तथा दक्षिण के पपेटियर रामायण-महाभारत की कहानी बहुत रोचक अंदाज में दिखाएंगे-सुनाएंगे।पपेटियर्स की कॉलोनीहमारे शहर में शादीपुर डिपो के पास कठपुतली कॉलोनी है। जहां कभी सरकार की ओर से तीन हजार कठपुतली कलाकारों को बसाया गया था। संगीत नाटक अकादमी अवॉर्ड से सम्मानित पपेटियर पूरण भट्ट इसी कॉलोनी में रहते हैं। पूरण भट्ट बताते हैं कि हमारे पूर्वज देश के कोने-कोने में घूम-घूम कर कठपुतली का खेल दिखाते थे। इस कारण उन्होंने कभी स्थायी घर नहीं बनाया। पर अब समय बहुत बदल गया है। पपेटियर्स के सामने अपनी कला को बचाने के लिए बहुत सारी चुनौतियां हैं।तुम भी पपेट बना सकते होतुम लोग अपने पुराने मोजे, पेपर ग्लास, पेपर, कार्ड-बोर्ड, ड्राइंग शीट और कपड़े से पपेट बना सकते हो। सबसे पहले एक पुराना मोजा लो। इसके बंद पोर्शन को ओवल शेप में काट लो। इसी शेप की एक कार्ड-बोर्ड या ड्राइंग शीट को काटो। इसे मोजे के कटे पोरशन में फिट करके फेविकॉल से चिपका दो। एक गुलाबी या लाल कपड़े को टंग की शेप में इसके अंदर चिपकाओ। इसके बाद, अपनी पसंद के मुताबिक कपड़े से कान, हाथ-पैर की शेप बनाकर इसमें कॉटन भर दो। बाजार में जो आर्टिफिशियल आई मिलती हैं, उन्हें चिपका कर आंख भी लगा लो। इस तरह तुम्हारा सॉक्स-पपेट अब तैयार हो गया।Please Mark as brainliest ANSWER..... . | |
