What are the central problems of indian democracy answer in short |
Answer» Answer: Problems of Indian Democracy India is known as the largest democratic country in the world YET, there are many problems in the democracy of India. Let's see what makes Indian democracy not-so-democratic. :) 1️⃣ Lack of awareness Biggest problem of India is lack of awareness among common people. Many Indians don't know what they can do if their rights are exploited. For instance, if a politician is exploiting someone or a community, then the community/person may not report it to the court because he/she doesn't know what his rights are. And we all know that in a democratic country, everyone should be given equal rights (which are given ofcourse) and no one should be exploited. 2️⃣ Power play in Indian Politics Many a times, a person who is aware of his rights, still doesn't appeal to court against a politician. Why? The reason is simple, he/she is AFRAID of the powers of politicians. In India, most of the politicians are freed after giving bail and when freed, they take revenge from the person who reported! This is surely UNDEMOCRATIC. 3️⃣ Corruption during voting. Sometimes, many people give votes in place of dead persons! This creates a totally undemocratic scene in India. Ballet Papers are snatched after voting from polling booths. EVM are sometimes considered as hacked. All these leads to unfair Election. 4️⃣ Bribing the poors. Politicians often bribe the poors by giving them alcohol, some money just before Election so that these people will vote them. This gives the unfair candidate an ADVANTAGE in Election. 5️⃣ Voting in the name of religion or caste Anither Biggest problem of Indian Democracy! Many people often caste their votes to the candidate who is of their religion or of their caste. They don't see whether the candidate will work for PUBLIC welfare or not, but they see whether he is Dalit or a Brahmin. Whether he is a Hindu or Muslim. This can surely not be called as democratic. Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️ |

IN SUBHOS ADVENTURE A JOURNEY THROUGH TIME CHAPTER 4 PRADYOT BHRAMHACHARYA QUESTION ANSWERS PLEASE GIVE |
Answer» Explanation: The three-age system is the periodization of history into three time periods;[1][better source needed] for example: the Stone Age, the Bronze Age, and the Iron Age; although it also refers to other tripartite divisions of historic time periods. In history, archaeology and physical ANTHROPOLOGY, the three-age system is a methodological concept adopted during the 19th century by which artifacts and events of late prehistory and early history could be ordered into a recognizable chronology. It was initially developed by C. J. Thomsen, director of the Royal Museum of Nordic Antiquities, Copenhagen, as a means to classify the museum's collections according to whether the artifacts were made of stone, bronze, or iron. Trundholm sun CHARIOT, Nordic Bronze Age Jōmon pottery, Japanese Stone Age Iron Age house keys Cave of Letters, Nahal Hever Canyon, Israel Museum, Jerusalem The system first appealed to British researchers working in the science of ethnology who adopted it to establish race sequences for BRITAIN's past based on cranial types. Although the craniological ethnology that formed its first scholarly context holds no scientific value, the relative chronology of the Stone Age, the Bronze Age and the Iron Age is still in use in a general public context,[2][3] and the three ages remain the underpinning of prehistoric chronology for EUROPE, the Mediterranean world and the Near East.[4] The structure reflects the cultural and historical background of Mediterranean Europe and the Middle East and soon underwent further subdivisions, including the 1865 partitioning of the Stone Age into Paleolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic periods by John Lubbock.[5] It is, however, of little or no use for the establishment of chronological frameworks in sub-Saharan Africa, much of Asia, the Americas and some other areas and has little importance in contemporary archaeological or anthropological discussion for these regions.[6] |

State one advantage and one disadvantage of coalition government? |
Answer» A coalition government is a form of government in which political parties cooperate to form a government [ or ] A coalition government is a type of government where TWO or more political parties join together in parliament/ assembly to run the government and AGREE on a policy programme. Advantage of coalition government 1.Coalition government is more democratic, and hence fairer, because it represents a much broader spectrum of public opinion than government by one party alone. In almost all coalitions, a majority of citizens voted for the parties which form the government and so their VIEWS and interests are represented in political decision-making. 2.Helps develop new leadership skills amongst members. Disadvantage of coalition government 1.The coalition does not provide one party with the power to IMPLEMENT their ideas so the end result is that very few ideas, if any, are implemented because an agreement cannot be reached between parties. The idea behind a coalition government is that it is to be a partnership between parties, and both parties will be treated equal. 2.Coalition activities can be difficult to monitor and evaluate |

RURAL is the geographical region located in the outer parts of the cities or towns . The life in urban areas is FAST and complicated, whereas rural life is SIMPLE and relaxed. The Urban settlement includes cities and towns. On the other hand, the rural settlement includes villages and hamlets. There is greater isolation from nature in urban areas, due to the existence of the built environment. Conversely, rural areas are in direct contact with nature, as natural elements influence them. Urban people are ENGAGED in non-agricultural work, i.e. trade, commerce or service industry. In contrast, the primary occupation of rural people is agriculture and animal HUSBANDRY. |
