What do think is more important quality or quantity of human resources , Tell about it in 300 words

Answer»

heymate !!!! welcome to my answer.......according to me the quantity of human resources is most important quality is also important but if we habe quantity of ANYTHING after that we will talk about its quantity1. Meaning of Human Resources:By the term human resources we mean the size of population of a country along-with its efficiency, educational qualities, productivity, organisational abilities and farsightedness. By human resource we mean human capital. Human capital implies the abilities, skills and technical knowhow among the population of the country. A country should introduce manpower planning for the development of its human resources.Human resources must be considered both from the angle of assets as well as the liabilities connected with the attainment of economic development. For the attainment of economic development, proper utilisation of both natural as well as human resources is very much essential.Proper utilisation of natural endowments and the LEVEL of production of national wealth depend very much on the extent and efficiency of human resources. But too much population will again eat up all the fruits of development. Thus from the point of view of economic welfare, it is quite essential to study human resources in detail. It should be equally stressed that human beings are the vital instrument of production and at the same time, fruits of all economic activities are rested on the betterment of conditions of living of human beings. Thus in view of its importance, it is quite essential to know both in quantitative and qualitative terms, the size, rate of growth, the composition, distribution and all other demographic FEATURES of population of India.2. Importance of Human Resources:(i) Proper Utilisation of Resources:Human resources are considered important type of resources for attaining economic development of a country. Among various types of resources, human resources are the most ACTIVE type of resources. Qualitative and quantitative development of human resources is very much required for the proper utilisation of natural resources of the country3. Role of Human Resource in Economic Development:Human resources are playing an important role in attaining economic development of a country. Economic development of country involves proper utilisation of its physical resources by its labour force and other forms of manpower for the proper utilisation of production potential of the country. Thus economic development normally involves achievement of three conditions:(a) An increase in the per CAPITA income to raise the level of living of the people;(b) A fall in the magnitude and rate of unemployment c) A consequent reduction in the number of people living below poverty line.Although the labour force of the country is making positive contribution towards development but the rapidly growing population retards the process of development and thus considered harmful for economic development of the country.hope its clear to u....plz mrk me as BRAINLIST.....

What do you think is more important quantity or quality of human resources,Tell about in 300 words

Answer»

Hey Guys!!!!!I agree that it really depends on the situation. Sometimes quality is more important and other times QUANTITY. Many times, this is really a matter of opinion. In one example given above, the post stated they would rather have a quality piece of chocolate rather than several lesser quality pieces of chocolate. I might disagree. If I'm really hungry, I would rather have more to eat than a higher quality of food. Opinion might come in to play in other AREAS as well. For instance, I prefer to have less higher quality items of clothing while my sister prefers to have more quantity than quality. She purchases new clothes each season because they do not last. I prefer to save my clothing and have it last longer. Neither way is wrong. It's just a matter of preference. There are situations where one will always matter more than ANOTHER. Drinking WATER, for instance, will always put quality over quantity. You could have all the water in the world, but if it is polluted or otherwise unsafe to DRINK it doesn't matter how much you have. Hope it may help you

Describe how you would use a barometer to measure atmospheric pressure

Answer»

The simplest kind of barometer is a tall closed tube standing upside down in a bath of mercury (a dense liquid metal at room temperature) so the liquid rises partly up the tube a bit like it does in a thermometer. We use mercury in barometers because it's more convenient than using water. Water is less dense (less heavy, in EFFECT) than mercury so air pressure will lift a certain volume of water much higher up a tube than the same volume of mercury. In other words, if you use water, you need a really tall tube and your barometer will be so enormous as to be impractical. But if you use mercury, you can get by with a much smaller piece of equipment. At sea level, the atmosphere will push down on a pool of mercury and make it rise up in a tube to a height of approximately 760mm (roughly 30in). We call this air pressure ONE atmosphere (1 atm). Go up a mountain, and take your Torricellian barometer with you, and you'll find the pressure falls the higher you up go. The atmosphere no LONGER pushes down on the mercury quite so much so it doesn't rise so far in the tube. Maybe it'll rise to more like 65cm (25 in). The pressure on TOP of Mount Everest is slightly less than a third of normal ATMOSPHERIC pressure at sea level (roughly 0.3 atm).FOLLOW ME !!!!!!!!!!✌️✌️

Explain with examples the process of weathering happening in Konkan.

Answer»

Chemical weathering is what happens in Konkan, when rocks are broken down and chemically altered. Learn about the different types of chemical weathering, INCLUDING hydrolysis, oxidation, carbonation, acid rain and ACIDS produced by lichens.WeatheringYou have probably noticed that no two rocks look exactly the same. Some look like they have been CARVED by a sculptor. Some look like they have been painted red and others have been hollowed out to form caves. One of the reasons rocks look so varied in their appearance is because they are subjected to chemical weathering, which is the PROCESS by which rocks are broken down by chemical reactions. In this lesson, you will learn about the different types of chemical weathering and how exposure to things such as water, oxygen, carbon dioxide and acids can alter the minerals found in rocks. We mentioned that chemical weathering is a way in which rocks get broken down. But, it is important to emphasize that because there is an actual chemical change taking place, rocks are not just crumbled into smaller rocks; they are actually being chemically altered. In other words, after chemical weathering, we END up with a different substance than the one we started with.
