tion:0 टिप्पणी जोड़ेंNOV26★भारतीय संविधान दिवस★आज भारत संविधान दिवस मना रहा है। आज के दिन संविधान सभा ने इसको पारित किया था। भारत सरकार ने आज के दिन सभी सरकारी अधिकारियों से संविधान की प्रस्तावना पढ़ने को कहा है ताकि हर भारतीय संविधान की आत्मा को समझ सके। आइए जानते हैं हमारे संविधान की 10 ऐसी बातें जो हर भारतीय को जरूर पता होनी चाहिए।1. जानिए संविधान बनने में कितना समय लगाभारतीय संविधान को तैयार करने के लिए एक संविधान सभा का निर्माण किया गया था। डॉ राजेंद्र प्रसाद को इसका स्थायी अध्यक्ष चुना गया, जो अंत तक इस पद पर बने रहे। इस संविधान सभा ने 2 वर्ष, 11 माह, 18 दिन मे कुल 114 दिन बैठक की, इसकी बैठकों में प्रेस और जनता को भाग लेने की पूर्ण स्वतन्त्रता थी।2. विश्व का सबसे लंबा लिखित संविधान हैभारत का संविधान विश्व के किसी भी गणतांत्रिक देश का सबसे लंबा लिखित संविधान है। इसमें अब 465 अनुच्छेद, तथा 12 अनुसूचियां हैं और ये 22 भागों में विभाजित है।3. भारत का कोई आधिकारिक धर्म नहीं हैसंविधान में ही ये निहित है कि भारत का कोई आधिकारिक धर्म नहीं होगा यह ना तो किसी धर्म को बढावा देता है, ना ही किसी से भेदभाव करता है। भारत के नागरिकों को सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक न्याय, पद, अवसर और कानूनों की समानता, विचार, भाषण, विश्वास, व्यवसाय, संघ निर्माण और कार्य की स्वतंत्रता, कानून तथा सार्वजनिक नैतिकता के अधीन प्राप्त होगी।4. जब संविधान पर हस्ताक्षर हुए तो क्या था शुभ शगुनजिस दिन संविधान पर संसद के अंदर हस्ताक्षर हो रहे थे उस दिन बाहर मूसलाधार बारिश हो रही थी। सदन में बैठे सदस्यों ने इसे बहुत ही शुभ शगुन माना था। वैसे भी हिंदुस्तान में बारिश को शुभ संकेतों से ही देखा जाता है।5.किसने हाथों से लिखा पहला संविधान भारतीय संविधान की वास्तविक प्रति प्रेम बिहारी नारायण रायजादा द्वारा हाथों से लिखी गई थी। इसे इटैलिक स्टाइल में काफी खूबसूरती से लिखा गया था जबकि हर पन्ने को शांतिनिकेतन के कलाकारों से बखूबी सजाया और संवारा था।6. संविधान पर हस्ताक्षर करने वालों में 15 महिलाएं थींहाथों से लिखे संविधान को 24 जनवरी 1950 को ही साइन किया गया था। इसे 284 संसद सदस्यों ने साइन किया था, इसमें सिर्फ 15 महिला सदस्य थीं। इसके बाद 26 जनवरी से ये संविधान पूरे देश में लागू हो गया था।7. भारतीय संविधान की आत्मा कहां से ली गई हैसंविधान की आत्मा कहे जाने वाले Preamble यानी प्रस्तावना को अमेरिकी संविधान से लिया गया है। दोनों ही देशों के संविधान में प्रस्तावना की शुरुआत "We the people" से होती है।8. संविधान लागू होने के बाद से अबतक हुए 101 संशोधनसितंबर 2016 तक भारतीय संविधान में सिर्फ 101 संशोधन हुआ है। ताजा संशोधन बिल जीएसटी बिल था, जिसे मोदी सरकार लेकर आई थी। इतने सालों में इतने कम संशोधन के कारण ही भारतीय संविधान को खास और अच्छा बताया जाता है।9. कब आया हमारा राष्ट्रीय चिह्न26 जनवरी 1950 को ही भारत ने अशोक चक्र को बतौर राष्ट्रीय चिह्न स्वीकार किया था।10. देश आज दूसरा संविधान दिवस मना रहा हैप्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बाकायदा अधिसूचना जारी कर 19 नवंबर 2015 को ये घोषित किया कि 26 नवंबर को देश संविधान दिवस मनाएगा। इससे पहले आज के दिन को कानून दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता था।
