Conclusion of history project 4pages |
|
Answer»
It’s important to write a good introduction. It’s important to keep THINGS organized in the main body of your writing. And it’s important to write a good conclusion. In a nonfiction piece, the purpose of a conclusion is to tie things up, summarize what has been said, and reinforce the main idea. In a creative writing piece, it also helps tie things up and might also leave the reader thinking or wondering. A good way to get started writing conclusions is to give yourself a starting point. You can begin with any of the following: to sum up, in conclusion, in summary. Make sure these sound APPROPRIATE and fit well with what you’ve written. As you grow as a writer, you might want to leave these behind and try other strategies. Use what you’ve written to help you write your conclusion. You can often rephrase what you included in your introductory paragraph. If you began with, "The colors of autumn make it my favorite season," then you can include a similar sentence in your conclusion. For example, "It is the orange, red, and brown of the leaves that make me love the fall." You can also end with a question. This may or may not be EFFECTIVE, depending on the content and style of your writing. For a story about a boy who gets a new puppy, you might end with, "Can you imagine all the wonderful things to COME?" For a piece on the importance of brushing your teeth, you might make the reader think with something like, "You don’t want all of that on your teeth all night long, do you?" However you choose to write your conclusion, be sure that it fits well with your piece. It should flow naturally and remind the reader of the wonderful things you’ve written. Time4Writing provides practice in this area. View our coursework available in Middle School Advanced Essay or browse other related courses. What is a conclusion? A conclusion is what you will leave with your reader It "wraps up" your essay It demonstrates to the reader that you accomplished what you set out to do It shows how you have proved your thesis It provides the reader with a sense of closure on the topic Structure A conclusion is the opposite of the introduction Remember that the introduction begins general and ends specific The conclusion begins specific and moves to the general Essay Structure So, if we use shapes to demonstrate the essay’s content, it would look like this: Introduction triangle facing down Thesis statement Body of Essay rectangle Your conclusion wraps up your essay in a tidy package and brings it home for your reader Your topic sentence should summarize what you said in your thesis statement This suggests to your reader that you have accomplished what you set out to accomplish Do not simply restate your thesis statement, as that would be redundant Rephrase the thesis statement with fresh and deeper understanding Your conclusion is no place to bring up new ideas Your supporting sentences should summarize what you have already said in the body of your essay If a brilliant idea tries to sneak into the final paragraph, you MUST pluck it out and let it have its own paragraph in the body, or leave it out completely Your topic for each body paragraph should be summarized in the conclusion Wrap up the main points Your closing sentence should help the reader feel a sense of closure Your closing sentence is your last word on the subject; it is your "clincher" Demonstrate the importance of your ideas Propel your reader to a new view of the subject End on a positive note Your closing sentence should make your readers glad they read your paper |

Write a short note on charaideo madiam of 100 words |
|
Answer» Explanation: At first sight, this attraction of Sibsagar reminded me of the FAMOUS cartoon show – Teletubbies – that I used to follow when I was a kid. It had grassy landscapes with domes and HILLS and the four TODDLERS (cartoon characters) used to hop and PLAY around. Established by the Ahom King Chao Lung Siu-Ka-Pha in 1228, Charaideo in Assam was the first capital of the Ahom Kingdom. A place for ancestral gods of the Ahoms, it is the burial ground of kings and queens. Also called the ‘Pyramids of Assam’, the hillocks of Charaideo have tombs (called Maidams) and the place is compared to the Pyramids of Egypt, thus proving to be a splendid EXAMPLE of medieval times. There are actually over 150 maidams, but only 30 of these are protected by the Archaeological Survey of India along with Assam State Archaeology Department. |

Explain how man obtained food during the old stone age |
Answer» Answer:The Paleolithic Era began 4 million years ago and continued until 10,000 B.C. Early HOMINIDS lived as foragers then, consuming whatever food sources were available, GATHERING nuts, berries and other wild vegetation. Without tools, they were only able to consume meat by scavenging eggs or picking carcasses left by predators. By 1.5 million years ago, Homo erectus had developed tools for hunting and butchering animals. Scientists believe it was then that meat overtook plant sources in the hominid diet. By the late Paleolithic Era, 65 PERCENT of hominid’s diet came from animals. Some hominid species exploited deer, pigs, buffalo, SHEEP and even rhinoceroses, and Neanderthals also consumed large QUANTITIES of freshwater fish. Hope It Helps You. How do the sepoys in Meerut rebel against the British officers? |
|
Answer» Explanation: At Meerut, a large military CANTONMENT, 2,357 Indian sepoys and 2,038 British soldiers were stationed along with 12 British-manned guns. The station held one of the largest concentrations of British troops in India and this was later to be cited as evidence that the original RISING was a spontaneous outbreak rather than a pre-planned plot.[73] Although the state of unrest within the Bengal Army was WELL known, on 24 April Lieutenant Colonel George Carmichael-Smyth, the unsympathetic commanding officer of the 3rd Bengal Light Cavalry, ordered 90 of his men to parade and perform firing drills. All except five of the men on parade refused to accept their CARTRIDGES. On 9 May, the remaining 85 men were court martialled, and most were sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment with hard labour. Eleven comparatively young soldiers were given five years' imprisonment. The entire garrison was paraded and watched as the condemned men were stripped of their uniforms and placed in shackles. As they were marched off to jail, the condemned soldiers berated their comrades for failing to support them. The next day was Sunday. Some Indian soldiers warned off-duty junior European officers that plans were afoot to release the imprisoned soldiers by force, but the senior officers to whom this was reported took no action. There was also unrest in the city of Meerut itself, with angry protests in the bazaar and some buildings being set on fire. In the evening, most European officers were preparing to attend CHURCH, while many of the European soldiers were off duty and had gone into canteens or into the bazaar in Meerut. The Indian troops, led by the 3rd Cavalry, broke into revolt. European junior officers who attempted to quell the first outbreaks were killed by the rebels. European officers' and civilians' quarters were attacked, and four civilian men, eight women and eight children were killed. Crowds in the bazaar attacked off-duty soldiers there. About 50 Indian civilians, some of them officers' servants who tried to defend or conceal their employers, were killed by the sepoys.[74] While the action of the sepoys in freeing their 85 imprisoned comrades appears to have been spontaneous, some civilian rioting in the city was reportedly encouraged by kotwal (local police commander) Dhan Singh Gurjar.[75] PLEASE MARK IT AS BRAINLIEST ANSWER AS IT TAKES A LOT OF TIME TO WRITE THIS ANSWER |

Many developers believe APARTMENT buyers shop first for NEIGHBOURHOOD, then VIEWS, then amenities. But in the new crop of super-slender towers, the views are the driving force.
