How did the country's partition affect the working of constitution assembly

Answer»

Heya

Here is your answer

________________

• The making of the constitution was a very difficult task.

• The country was barn through a partition on the basis of religious  differences. This was a traumatic experience for the People of  India and PAKISTAN.

• At LEAST ONE million people were killed on both sides of the border  in the partition related to violence.

• The British had left it to the rulers of the princely states to  decide whether they wanted to merge with India or Pakistan or  remain independent.

• The MERGER of these princely states was a difficult and uncertain  task. When the constitution was being written, the FUTURE of the  country did not look as secure as it is today

Capitalism is the exploitation of man by man communism is the exact opposite meaning

Answer»

Answer:

Galbraith was in bad form. If capitalism was abusive in EVERY action, people would not engage in it unless they could be assured of standards. Low and behold - thats why markets have standards. Capitalists understand that safe customers buy more than scared ones.

Communism is different. It targets the rich like parochial extortionists and says to people ‘if we confine our victimisation to them, most will benefit’. Given its wealthy people are doing the surrendering of CAPITAL, it is clear that:

Communists think anyone with capital is an ‘obliged’ privileged EXPLOITER. There are no legitimate rich people in their estimate. So forthwith there is no incentive to prosper.

Communists sanction theft by extortion.

Communists are going to struggle assigning work tasks because, even if their rhetoric is that ‘people are equal’, life is not. ASK yourself:

In what way do smaller actions have large impact? Please write big answers.

Answer»

This might sounds obvious, but it's amazing how infrequently we actually do this. if you allow yourself to just do what's next on your to do list, you never find the time to think about the big picture there will always be SOMETHING that feels more urgent. block of time on your calendar based on when your most creative (morning ,afternoon, evening ). man I find fields most clear a couple hours after I work OK, so my big picture thinking time is always from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Once we have allocated time to think, we likely com open a stumbling block: it's HARD to sit down and say to yourself, "Okay think!" the best ideas of 10 bubble of through the COURSE of conversations, so it's valuable to find another person to thing with a bounce ideas back and forth .

If you are in a management position, considered buddying with someone who reports to you: TEAMMATES who don't obtain get the chance to strategize will be energized by the opportunity to do it with you. Through this exercise, your teammates will get a sense of ownership over the conclusions you come to together while you gain focus and clarity.

Describe global poverty trend

Answer»

To have a clear understanding of the global poverty we need to understand the globalization very minutely. I will DISCUSS this question in two dimensions. firstly, world economy has been divided into three part i.e. core, core-periphery and periphery. Core economy is the advance economy and the core-periphery is the middle economy and the periphery is the least developed economy. The periphery is dependent upon the advanced or core economy for its development and the advance and developed economy exploit the resources of the periphery leaving the latter high and DRY. That creates economic challenges for the least developed countries since all the advanced technologies belong to the core countries. Secondly, similarly with the advent of globalization if we take the case of India there are castes LIKE Kumahar (potter), carpenter, barber etc. who were service delivering castes who earn their livelihood by providing service to the village or the people AROUND them. But globalization replaces the potter and the diyas with modern lights and lamps and candles, big wood industries has replaced the old occupation of carpenter etc. Similarly at the global level the big MNCs and the big capitals has replaced the small economy and small business man for instances, Flipcart, WALMART, Amazon etc. creating poverty for those who has small business. As these big farms providing goods at discounts which small shops can't do. So the globalization is creating global poverty and the poor is getting poor day by day and rich is getting rich.

What do you understand by health and sanitation public facilities

Answer»

Proper sanitation facilities (for example, toilets and latrines) promote health because they allow people to dispose of their waste appropriately. Throughout the developing world, many people do not have access to suitable sanitation facilities, resulting in improper waste disposal.

Absence of basic sanitation facilities can:

Result in an unhealthy ENVIRONMENT contaminated by human waste. Without proper sanitation facilities, waste from infected individuals can contaminate a community's land and water, increasing the risk of infection for other individuals. Proper waste disposal can slow the infection cycle of many disease-causing agentsContribute to the spread of many diseases/conditions that can cause widespread ILLNESS and death. Without proper sanitation facilities, people OFTEN have no choice but to live in and DRINK water from an environment contaminated with waste from infected individuals, thereby putting themselves at risk for future infection. Inadequate waste disposal drives the infection cycle of many agents that can be spread through contaminated soil, food, water, and insects such as flies.

Sanitation Facilities and Children’s Education

According to the United Nations' Millennium Development Goals Report  , one in five girls of primary-school age are not in school, compared to one in six boys. One factor accounting for this difference is the lack of sanitation facilities for girls reaching puberty. Girls are also more likely to be responsible for collecting water for their family, making it difficult for them to attend school during school hours 1, 2. The installation of toilets and latrines may ENABLE school children, especially menstruating girls, to further their education by remaining in the school system.

When can the president make use of his discretionary powers?

Answer»

Indian President is not a ceremonial head, unlike many other countries. All important decisions regarding the COUNTRY are taken in the name of Indian President, though most of these will be based on the binding advice given by Council of Ministers(CoM), as per Article 74 of Indian Constitution. But there are certain exceptions, where he can use his DISCRETIONARY POWERS. Let’s learn more about that.

Discretionary powers of the President: Not based on the advice of CoM

The discretionary powers of the Indian president are not explicitly mentioned in the Indian constitution. But CASES, where the Indian President do not act on the advice of CoM, can be understood if one carefully read the provisions related to the Indian President.

6048.

Who won the 14th lok sabha seat with lowest margin?

Answer»

In the history of Gujarat, the smallest victory margin registered by a candidate in a

LOK Sabha election

is that of

Satyajit Gaekwad

of the CONGRESS. In the 1996 general elections, Gaekwad defeated his BJP rival in Vadodara constituency by a margin of just 17 votes. In fact, Gaekwad is the only candidate in the state's history whose victory margin in a Lok Sabha election was in two digits.

The reason why Gaekwad was able to win in 1996 was that the BJP candidate was facing opposition from within his own party. Two independent candidates, Shubhangini Gaekwad and MADHU Srivastav, had polled 1.01 lakh and 50,981 votes respectively. It is also said that BJP rebels had put their WEIGHT behind the independent candidate Shubhangini Gaekwad
