Answer» Answer पौधों में परिसंचरण तंत्र की क्रियाविधि पौधों में परिसंचरण तंत्र का अर्थ है-किसी पौधे के द्वारा अवशोषित या निर्मित पदार्थों का पौधे के अन्य सभी हिस्सों तक पहुंचाना। पौधों में जल और खनिजों को उसके अन्य हिस्सों में तक पहुंचाने की जरूरत पड़ती है। पौधों को पत्तियों में बने भोजन को भी पौधे के अन्य हिस्सों तक पहुंचाने की जरूरत पड़ती है। पौधे शाखायुक्त होते हैं, ताकि उन्हें प्रकाशसंश्लेषण हेतु कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड और ऑक्सीजन प्रसरण (Diffusion) के माध्यम से हवा से सीधे मिल सकें। पौधों में परिसंचरण तंत्र के कार्य करने के ऊतक (Tissues) जाइलम फ्लोएम पौधे में जल और खनिजों का परिसंचरण पौधों को, प्रकाशसंश्लेषण की क्रिया के माध्यम से भोजन निर्मित करने के लिए पानी की और प्रोटीन के निर्माण के लिए खनिजों की जरूरत पड़ती है। इसलिए, पौधे अपनी जड़ों के माध्यम से जल और खनिज को अवशोषित करते हैं और पौधे के तने, पत्तियों, फूलों आदि अन्य हिस्सों में इसे पहुंचाते हैं। जाइलम ऊतक के दो प्रकार के तत्वों अर्थात जाइलम वाहिकाओं (XYLEM VESSELS) और वाहिनिकाओं (TRACHEID) से होकर ही जल एवं खनिजों को पौधों की जड़ों से उसकी पत्तियों तक पहुंचाया जाता है। जाइलम वाहिकाएँ (Xylem Vessels) जाइलम वाहिकाएँ एक लंबी नली होती हैं, जो अंतिम सिरों पर जुड़ी हुई मृत कोशिकाओं से मिलकर बनी होती हैं। ये एक निर्जीव नली होती है, जो पौधे की जड़ों से होती हुई प्रत्येक तने और पत्ती तक जाती है। कोशिकाओं की अंतिम सिरे टूटे हुए होते हैं, ताकि एक खुली हुई नली बन सके। जाइलम वाहिकाओं में साइटोप्लाज्म या नाभिक (Nuclei) नहीं होता और वाहिकाओं की दीवारें सेल्यूलोज या लिग्निन से बनी होती हैं। जल और खनिजों के परिसंचरण के अतिरिक्त जाइलम वाहिकाएँ तने को मजबूती प्रदान कर उसे ऊपर की ओर बनाए रखती हैं। ऐसा इसलिए होता है क्योंकि लिग्निन बहुत सख्त और मजबूत होता है। लकड़ी लिग्निन युक्त जाइलम वाहिकाओं से ही बनती है। जाइलम वाहिकाओं की कोशिका भित्ति में गड्ढे होते हैं, जहां लिग्निन जमा नहीं हो पाता। या तो जाइलम वाहिकाएँ या फिर जाइलम वाहिकाएँ और वाहिनिकाएँ (Tracheid) दोनों, पुष्पीय पौधों में जल का परिसंचरण करती हैं। वाहिनिकाएँ (Tracheid) बिना पुष्प वाले पौधों में वाहिनिकाएँ (Tracheid) ही एक मात्र ऐसे ऊतक होते हैं, जो जल का परिसंचरण करते है। वाहिनिकाएँ मृत कोशिकाएं होती हैं,और इसकी भित्ति लिग्निन युक्त होती हैं और इसमें खुले हुए सिरे नहीं पाये जाते हैं। ये लंबी, पतली और तंतु के आकार वाली कोशिकाएं होती हैं। इनमें गड्ढ़े पाये जाते हैं जिनके जरिए ही एक वाहिनिका से दूसरे वाहिनिका में पानी का परिसंचरण होता है। सभी पौधों में वाहिनिकाएँ पायी जाती हैं। ==एक पौधे में जल और खनिजों परिसंचरण प्रक्रिया को समझने से पहले निम्नलिखित महत्वपूर्ण शब्दों का अर्थ जानना आवश्यक है== बाह्यत्वचा (Epidermis) पौधे के जड़ की कोशिकाओं की बाहरी परत को बाह्यत्वचा कहते हैं। बाह्यत्वचा की मोटाई एक कोशिका के बराबर होती है। अंतःत्वचा (Endodermis) किसी पौधे के संवहन ऊतकों (जाइलम और फ्लोएम) के आसपास उपस्थित कोशिकाओं की परत अंतःत्वचा कहलाती है। यह कोर्टेक्स की सबसे भीतरी परत होती है। रुट कोर्टेक्स यह जड़ में बाह्यत्वचा और अंतःत्वचा के बीच में पाया जाने वाला हिस्सा होता है। जड़ीय/रूट जाइलमः यह जड़ों में उपस्थित जाइलम ऊतक है, जोकि जड़ के केंद्र में उपस्थित होता है। बाह्यत्वचा, रूट कोर्टेक्स और अंतःत्वचा जड़ों के रोम (ROOT HAIR) और रूट जाइलम के बीच स्थित होते हैं। इसलिए, जड़ों के रोम द्वारा मिट्टी से अवशोषित जल सबसे पहले बाह्यत्वचा, रुट कोर्टेक्स और अंतःत्वचा से होकर गुजरता है और फिर अंत में रूट जाइलम में पहुंचता है। इसके अलावा, मिट्टी में खनिज भी पाये जाते हैं। पौधे मिट्टी से इन खनिजों को अकार्बनिक, जैसे-नाइट्रेट और फॉस्फेट, के रूप में लेते हैं। मिट्टी से मिलने वाले खनिज जल में घुलकर जलीय घोल बनाते हैं। इसलिए जब जल जड़ों से पत्तियों तक ले जाया जाता है,तो खनिज भी पानी में घुल जाते हैं और वे भी जल के साथ पत्तियों तक पहुंच जाते हैं। |
