Write a short note on the Dravidian tribe. |
Answer» The DRAVIDIANS were the majority population across the Indian subcontinent before the SECOND millennium. The evidence of early Dravidians comes from studying the Indo-Aryan culture, languages, and findings at MANY mounds, the preeminent of which are Mohenjodaro in Punjab and Harappa in Larkana District in Sind.Among the jungle tribes in the Indus Valley were the Bhils, Kols, Santals, Kukis, Todas, and Oraos, some of which were Dravidians. One theory is that the Dravidians escaped into the hills after the first Aryan INVASION, making the hills the safe ground for the Dravidians. hope you like my answer mate ✌✌❤️☺️ |

Share some graphs and infographics on floods in disaster mangement project |
Answer» Explanation: Natural disasters are those adverse events resulting from natural processes of the earth. Examples of such events include earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, floods, droughts and fires. Many natural disasters are profoundly destructive. They leave in their wake a trail of injury, death, loss of livestock, property damage and economic loss. The event with the highest death toll since 1980 was the Boxing Day tsunami in South East Asia that claimed the lives of 220,000 people. In regards to economic damage, the most destructive natural disaster during that time was the 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Japan. China has experienced a number of the world’s most deadly disasters. In 1976, an earthquake claimed the lives of 242,000 people making it the most deadly earthquake since 1900. The country was also the victim of the most deadly flood since 1900 when 3.7 million people lost their lives in 1931. In certain countries the frequency of natural disasters gives the perception that their occurrence is somehow normal. However, in others it creates the perception they live in a thoroughly dangerous place. For example, 69 percent of Italians thought the country was the most ENVIRONMENTALLY dangerous country in the world in 2017. FORTUNATELY for the Italians, this claim is not backed up statistically. China is often the most affected country, such as in 2018 when 22 natural disasters occurred. Although natural disasters are largely seen as out of human control, human actions are at times responsible for the EXTREMITY of such events. Land use can influence the ability of an area to deal with the heavy rains that result in flooding. On a larger scale, the adverse effects of rising global temperatures may result in increasing frequencies of hurricanes and other extreme weather events in the future. Also, the practice of fracking has been LINKED to the frequency of earthquakes in areas where it was conducted. This is part of the reason why a considerable portion of people in the United States felt the government should increase regulation or even ban the practice all together. |

During Jahangir’s reign, many traders from this country came to India. |
Answer» Answer: When Babur, the FOUNDER of the Mughal dynasty conquered northern India in 1526, the wealth of the country already largely depended on foreign trade, exporting India's ENORMOUS production of many types of commodities,[1] in particular textiles. These left India by land and by sea, the LATTER in relatively small ships making relatively short voyages from the east and west coasts, as they had done for centuries.[2] But political CHANGES in the lands between Europe and India meant that Indian exports to Europe were probably much less than at the peak of the Roman Empire. please MARK as brainiest |

Answer» Answer: Journal Information The annual journal of the INDIAN History Congress, entitled The Proceedings of the Indian History Congress carries research papers selected out of papers presented at its annual sessions on all aspects and periods of Indian History from pre-history to contemporary TIMES as well as the history of countries other than India. The addresses of the General President and the PRESIDENTS of the six sections generally TAKE up broad issues of interpretation and HISTORICAL debate. The journal has constantly taken the view that ‘India’ for its purpose is the country with its Pre-Partition boundaries, while treats Contemporary History as the history of Indian Union after 1947. The papers included in the Proceedings can be held to represent fairly well the current trends of historical research in India. Thus there has been a growth of papers on women’s history, environmental and regional history. This journal has appeared annually since 1935 except for five different years when the annual sessions of the Indian History Congress could not be held. |
