The Indian state both keeps away from religion as well as intervenes in religion. this idea can be quite confusing.

Answer»

HEYA user......

The intervention of the State can also be in the form of support. The Indian Constitution grants the right to religious communities to set up their own schools and colleges. It also gives them financial AID on a nonpreferential basis.

Indian Constitution intervened in Hindu religious practices in order to abolish untouchability. In Indian secularism, though the State is not strictly separate from religion it does maintain a principled distance vis-à-vis religion. This means that any interference in religion by the State has to be BASED on the ideals laid out in the Constitution. These ideals SERVE as the standard through which we can judge whether the State is or is not BEHAVING according to secular principles.

Why did the Indian soldiers join INA?

Answer»

These trials became a galvanising point in the Indian Independence MOVEMENT. The BOMBAY mutiny in the Royal Indian NAVY and other mutinies in 1946 are THOUGHT to have been caused by the nationalist feelings thatwere caused by the INA trials.

26.

Why were Indian soldiers not scared of losing the war and falling into the hands of the British? What would the British do to them?

Answer»

Whilst I understand this is a hypothetical question it doesn’t really make much sense in the real world. There are no conceivable reasons why the UK and India would ever go to war with each other. We are not exactly neighbours:) so neither COUNTRY is ever likely to PROVOKE military aggression from the other. We are trading partners, have long STANDING cultural ties and on quite friendly terms (sure a little complicated) but it’s not like we view each other enemies. India has more important worries given the military powers on her external borders i.e. China and Pakistan. This fact in itself makes an Indian conflict with Britain even less likely. Other answers have already commented on international alliances. NATO and article 5, Military ties between Russia and India etc. Whoever starts such a conflict the USA would Always support Britain given intervention from Russia against the UK. Inevitably other nations would be drawn into such a conflict on either side which just means catastrophic loss of life destruction of property and decades of poverty world wide. We haven’t seen a Nuclear war (yet) and God willing we won’t…. for no one wins such a conflict… we all just lose. Before it ever got to military aggression we should also consider public opinion in both countries… I’m not an Indian but I doubt there would be much support for such a conflict and as for the British well we would be far more interested to have a cup of tea with you guys, get humiliated at Cricket with you:) (look what happened to our test cricket team in Australia) yikes! and admire your wonderful Royal Enfield motorcycles:) For us, war with a fellow Commonwealth nation is unthinkable. It’s actually far more likely that Britain would come to India’s AID if she were attacked…. (yes really) though I expect our proud Indian friends would not call on Britain for aid given our complicated colonial history. PITY though because we do like you guys and we will always be in your debt given your support in the world wars. We haven’t forgotten the sacrifice and never will.

What r the new planets in our solarsystem???

Answer»

Caltech RESEARCHERS have found mathematical evidence suggesting there may be a "Planet X" deep in the solar system. This hypothetical Neptune-sized planet orbits our SUN in a highly elongated orbit far beyond Pluto. The object, which the researchers have nicknamed "Planet Nine," could have a mass about 10 times that of Earth and orbit about 20 times farther from the sun on average than Neptune. It may take between 10,000 and 20,000 Earth years to make one FULL orbit around the sun.

The announcement does not mean there is a new planet in our solar system. The existence of this distant world is only theoretical at this point and no direct observation of the object nicknamed have been made. The mathematical prediction of a planet could explain the unique orbits of some smaller objects in the Kuiper Belt, a distant region of icy debris that extends far beyond the orbit of Neptune. Astronomers are now searching for the predicted planet.

In Depth

In January 2015, Caltech astronomers Konstantin Batygin and Mike Brown announced new research that provides evidence of a giant planet tracing an unusual, elongated orbit in the OUTER solar system. The prediction is based on detailed mathematical modeling and computer simulations, not direct observation.

This large object could explain the unique orbits of at least five smaller objects discovered in the distant Kuiper Belt.

"The possibility of a new planet is certainly an exciting one for me as a planetary scientist and for all of us," said Jim Green, director of NASA's Planetary Science Division. "This is not, however, the detection or discovery of a new planet. It's too early to say with certainty there's a so-called Planet X. What we're seeing is an early prediction based on modeling from limited observations. It's the start of a process that could lead to an exciting result."

The Caltech scientists believe Planet X may have has a mass about 10 times that of Earth and be SIMILAR in size to Uranus or Neptune. The predicted orbit is about 20 times farther from our sun on average than Neptune (which orbits the sun at an average distance of 2.8 billion miles). It would take this new planet between 10,000 and 20,000 years to make just one full orbit around the sun (where Neptune completes an orbit roughly every 165 years).

When was it Discovered?

Planet X has not yet been discovered, and there is debate in the scientific community about whether it exists. The prediction in the Jan. 20 issue of the Astronomical Journal is based on mathematical modeling.

What is its Name?

Batygin and Brown nicknamed their predicted object "Planet Nine," but the actual naming rights of an object go to the person who actually discovers it. The name used during previous hunts for the long suspected giant, undiscovered object beyond Neptune is "Planet X."

What are the documents required for filling ITR.

Answer» hey \: dear \: here \: is \: your \: answer
⭐️<============================>⭐️

Here are all the important tax-related documents that you must keep handy before filling your ITR for the financial year 2017-18 or the assessment year 2018-19:

➊.ɢᴇɴᴇʀᴀʟ ᴅᴏᴄᴜᴍᴇɴᴛs
Whether you are a salaried individual or self-employed, there are some documents common for all. These documents are REQUIRED every time you file your ITR. Hence it makes good sense to keep them together in safe custody for future reference as well.

⏹ᴘᴀɴ: pan is the most important financial detail required for all your tax related INFORMATION. This number acts as a user ID for the e-filing website of the Income Tax Department too. While you just need to know your PAN number and do not require the physical CARD, it is important to keep the physical COPY of PAN safe.

⏹ᴀᴀᴅʜᴀᴀʀ: Just like your PAN card, you also need your Aadhaar number for easy ITR filing and e-verification using Aadhaar-based OTP. The e-verification can only be done if your Aadhaar is linked to your registered mobile number and the former is linked to PAN as well.

⏹ʙᴀɴᴋ ᴀᴄᴄᴏᴜɴᴛ sᴛᴀᴛᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs: You will need to have all your bank account statements for the relevant financial year before calculating your overall tax liability. You need to especially keep an eye for any high-value transactions done through your accounts which you will need to report.

⏹ᴏʀɪɢɪɴᴀʟ ɪᴛʀ ғᴏʀ ʀᴇᴠɪsᴇᴅ ɪᴛʀ ғɪʟɪɴɢ: Those filing a revised ITR for any previously missed entry or a correction must know that the copy of the previously-filed ITR is needed for filing a revised ITR.

➋. ғᴏʀᴍ 16
Form 16 is also known as a salary certificate issued by the employer for every salaried individual. It contains the details of salary paid, tax deducted at source, exemptions, deductions etc. For those having switched jobs in a financial year, make sure you have Form 16 from all previous employers with you. In case you don’t, keep your salary slip handy to tabulate your salaried income and add it to the total taxable income while filing ITR.

➌. ғᴏʀᴍ 16A
Form 16A offers details of all TDS certificates on incomes other than a salary income. Many freelancers, self-employed individuals doing project-based works with TDS deductions are issued Form 16A for tax deducted by their clients for work-related payments.

➍. Form 12B
Any individual joining a new company in the middle of a financial year should submit Form 12B with the new employer as per rule 26A of the I-T Act. Although it is not mandatory to submit Form 12B, it helps as the new employer gets details of the individual’s previous financial information. The new employer can then release a consolidated Form 16 before the end of the financial year.

➎. Form 26AS
Form 26AS is a tax CREDIT statement or an annual statement released by the Income Tax Department. Form 26AS includes details of all taxes paid by you or on your behalf including any advance tax or self-assessment tax. Form 26AS can be downloaded from the TRACES portal of the IT Department.

➏.ɪɴᴠᴇsᴛᴍᴇɴᴛ ᴅᴏᴄᴜᴍᴇɴᴛs
Documentations for investments especially those in all tax saving instruments like health insurance, life insurance, donations to various charities, loan repayments, tax-saving FDs etc. should all be put together in one place to ensure full utilization of tax deductions on offer.

➐. ɪɴᴛᴇʀᴇsᴛ ᴄᴇʀᴛɪғɪᴄᴀᴛᴇs
Interest certificate is a form detailing TDS on all your fixed deposits. Interest certificate can be useful especially when using Form 15G or 15H for reversal of TDS for either a nil taxable income for the FY or for senior citizens availing deductions.

Do you think social division are always dangerous?Explain

Answer»

Answer for your question

When social divisions are COMBINED with politics they become

dangerous. There are a number of political parties in a democracy. If they

start competing on the BASIS of the existing social divisions it will lead to

political division. There will be conflict and violence. It may even lead to

the disintegration of the country. For example Yugoslavia was divided into six

independent countries.

               But the

combination of social divisions and politics is not always negative. When

social divisions get a political expression the MARGINALISED and disadvantaged

social groups can express their GRIEVANCES and ask the government to rectify

them. The reservation of seats for the socially disadvantaged, in the

legislature allows them to get an ADEQUATE representation in the decision

making process.
