Which Constitution of the most declare the country a federal nation |
Answer» Answer: Here is your answerFederalism in India refers to relations between the Centre and states of Union of India. The Constitution of India ESTABLISHES structure of the Indian government. Part XI of the Indian constitution specifies the distribution of legislative, administrative and executive powers between the union government and the States of India.[1] The legislative powers are categorised under a Union List, a State List and a CONCURRENT List, representing, respectively, the powers conferred upon the Union government, those conferred upon the State governments and powers shared among them. This federalism is symmetrical in that the devolved powers of the constituent units are envisioned to be the same. Historically, the state of Jammu and KASHMIR was accorded a status different than other States OWING to a explicitly temporary provision of the Indian Constitution namely Article 370 (which was revoked by the Parliament in 2019).[1] Union territories are unitary type, directly governed by the Union government. Article 1 (1) of the constitution stipulates two tier-governance with an additional local elected government. Delhi and Puducherry were accorded legislatures under Article 239AA and 239A, respectively.[1] The fundamental rights of citizens are the same throughout India. Plzzz mark me as brainlist |

why females foeticide mostly india......why not in other countries?plzz try to write sensible answer.......... |
Answer» Explanation: The frequency of female foeticide in India is increasing day by day. The natural sex ratio is assumed to be between 103 and 107, and any NUMBER above it is considered as suggestive of female foeticide. According to the decennial Indian census, the sex ratio in the 0 to 6 age group in India has risen from 102.4 MALES per 100 females in 1961, to 104.2 in 1980, to 107.5 in 2001, to 108.9 in 2011. The child sex ratio is within the normal natural range in all EASTERN and southern states of India, but significantly higher in certain western and particularly northwestern states such as Maharashtra, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir (118, 120 and 116, as of 2011, respectively). The western states of Maharashtra and Rajasthan 2011 census found a child sex ratio of 113, Gujarat at 112 and Uttar Pradesh at 111 The Indian census data suggests there is a positive correlation between abnormal sex ratio and better socio-economic status and literacy. This may be connected to the dowry system in India where dowry deaths occur when a girl is seen as a financial burden. Urban India has higher child sex ratio than rural India according to 1991, 2001 and 2011 Census data, implying higher prevalence of female foeticide in urban India. Similarly, child sex ratio greater than 115 boys per 100 girls is found in regions where the predominant MAJORITY is Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian; furthermore "normal" child sex ratio of 104 to 106 boys per 100 girls are also found in regions where the predominant majority is Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian. These data contradict any hypotheses that may suggest that sex selection is an archaic practice which takes place among uneducated, poor sections or particular religion of the Indian society. There is an ongoing debate as to whether these high sex ratios are only caused by female foeticide or some of the higher ratio is explained by natural causes. The Indian government has passed Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act (PCPNDT) in 1994 to ban and punish prenatal sex screening and female foeticide. It is currently illegal in India to determine or disclose sex of the foetus to anyone. However, there are concerns that PCPNDT Act has been poorly enforced by authorities |

Define the concept human rights violation |
Answer» Answer: Hope it helps u Mark me Brainliest plzz Thanks! Explanation: The State is the main guardian of human rights and has the authority to take the necessary measures to protect your human rights. Therefore, it is the one which bears responsibility when something has happened to you. A situation, which leads to a human rights violation can arise in the following cases: Violation by the State A human rights violation can be committed by people who work for the State and their behaviour is then considered to be the behaviour of the State. These agents could be of many kinds: employees of governmental and municipal institutions, policemen, prosecutors, judges etc. EXAMPLE Your right to a fair trial has been violated if a judge has not allowed you to present your arguments to the Court in a situation where the LAW PROVIDED that you should have, yet the other party was given such a possibility. In this situation the State has directly violated your human rights because the Court (and the judge) is part of the State system. Failure by the State to protect The State did not protect you when it had such an obligation. In this case a problem may have arisen between you and ANOTHER PRIVATE individual, where the State had to intervene to protect you, but it neglected to do so. EXAMPLE If you are attacked on the street, the State is responsible for investigating this crime and punishing the person responsible via the police and the prosecution. It is important to distinguish that the behaviour of the attacker is a criminal violation but not a human rights violation. If the police did not properly investigate this criminal violation and you were therefore left helpless, that would be a violation of human rights. IMPORTANT Any single negative exchange or incident involving another member of society will not necessarily lead to a situation resulting in a human rights violation. The State is not required to intervene in every such situation. For example, you might be offended or hurt by a neighbour’s rudeness, or if they don’t comply with your request for them to behave more QUIETLY. But the State will not usually intervene in such a situation and this will not lead to a human rights violation. |

Add it here! mat1030 mat1030 Ace Answer: Digitization in the MODERN age means that almost every CONTEMPORARY field or industry is becoming more and more reliant on hardware connected to and, in some cases, controlled by software. These industries are being transformed from the inside out by innovative technology and practices, and even traditionally analogue ways of life are finding it difficult to resist disruption. Agriculture is a prime example of one of these industries, with the experts at Maryville University ACTUALLY including it as one of ten “on fire” fields for up-and-coming software developers. “The agriculture industry has experienced a massive technological shift of late,” they write. “Precision agriculture INVOLVES big data, drones, sensors, and farm management software … Environmental controls, cellular agriculture (micro farms), smart packaging technology, gene manipulation, and e-grocer businesses have also pushed the entire agricultural business world into the computer age.” These innovative practices and technologies may very well prove to be more than just the future of farming and agriculture — they may be the very keys to the survival of the human race. Here are five innovative agricultural practices and technologies that are changing the world. |

Why are we born earth and why we died? |
Answer» All human beings begin life by being born – and all human beings die. In these two ways, we are finite: our lives are not endless, but they begin and they come to an end. Historically, however, philosophers have concentrated ATTENTION on only one of these two ways in which we are finite: MORTALITY. Philosophers have said little about being born and how it shapes our existence. An exception is some recent work in feminist philosophy, for instance by Luce Irigaray and Adriana Cavarero – but even here, being born has been overshadowed by giving birth and motherhood. So how does being born organise human existence? FIRST, let’s clarify that for human beings, to be born is to begin to exist at a certain point in time, and to do so by being conceived and gestated in and then exiting from the womb – historically the maternal womb, although transgender pregnancies are changing this. We thereby come into the world with a specific body, and in a given place, set of relationships and situation in society, culture, and history. |

Name and describe two ways in which scientists are trying to make plastics less harmful |
Answer» Answer: Plastics should be better designed to encourage recycling and prevent wasteful single-use containers finding their way into our oceans, where they break up into small pieces and are swallowed by MARINE animals, scientists said on Thursday. This could be as effective as a ban on microbeads, proposed by green campaigners as a way of dealing with the rising levels of microplastic waste - tiny pieces of near-indestructible plastic materials - that are harming marine life. Richard Thompson, professor of marine biology at Plymouth University, told an experts’ BRIEFING in London that better design was a key element in combating the rapidly growing problem: “The irony is that if most of these materials were better designed, they could be better recycled, and we could capture them. That would also reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We need to change the way we do this.” As an example, he pointed to plastic bottles - clear bottles have a recycling value FIVE times higher than those that have been dyed, as the pigment is HARD to remove. But the pigments serve no useful purpose other than perceived aesthetics. “They are there because of marketing.” Thompson added: “You can’t ban microplastics [because they are made up of many different sources of plastics, which are broken down in oceans]. You can ban microbeads, but this should not be seen as the end of action [to TACKLE the problem].” this is your answer please make it as brainlist answer |
