=\frac{1(8-5\sqrt{2}) }{(8+5\sqrt{2})(8-5\sqrt{2} ) }

\frac{8-5\sqrt{2} }{(8)^2-(5\sqrt{2})^2 } ((a+b)(a-b)=a^2-b^2)

\frac{8-5\sqrt{2} }{14 }
