No such reference of PUBLIC protests has been mentioned in the passage, however the protest on the part of MEDIA houses is duly mentioned (not included in the option list). The absence of any journalist in the committee was criticised, though, no ACTION was taken in this concern and the government duly accepted the judgement of the committee. Hence option 3 alone is the sole REASON for the government to temporarily take back it’s decision to ban. |
