let the no. of 5RUPEE coins be x and 1rupee coin be y

so,no. of 2 RUPEE coin will be 3x.

ATQ,

y + 3x + x = 160

and, 2 X (3x) + 5 X (x) + y = 300

i.e.,

y + 4x =160 --------eqn 1

and, 11x + y = 300 --------eqn 2

Subtracting eqn 1 from 2

i.e., 7X = 140

so, x = 20

putting it in eqn 1

y + 80 = 160

so, y = 80

therefore, no. of 1 rupee coin = 80

no. of 2 rupee coin = 3x = 60

no. of 5 rupee coin = 20
