I can become the ideal citizen as envisioned by Gandhi Ji. Self-reliance: Gandhi Ji stressed on self-reliance. He did all his work himself. He also taught his DISCIPLES the value of self-reliance. He believed Indian INDEPENDENCE and development were directly related to self-reliance. Self-reliance being capable of doing all your work yourself without any outside aid. I can become ideal citizen by being self-reliant. Personal Hygiene: Gandhi Ji believed cleanliness is next to godliness. He taught everyone simple but effective techniques of maintaining personal and social hygiene. I can become the ideal citizen by keeping my-self clean and maintaining cleanliness in my surroundings. Non-Violence: Gandhi Ji preached non-violence to his followers. He believed no violence should be done to people, animals, and plants. I can become ideal citizen by being a non-violent citizen.
