Solution :When SIMILAR poles are together, net MAGNETIC moment
`=M_(1)-M_(2)`
`f_(1)=1/2pi sqrt((M_(1)+M_(2))B/1)=16`
When dissimilar poles together, net magnetic moment
`=M_(1)-M_(2)`
`f_(2)=1/2pi sqrt((M_(1)-M_(2))B/1)=12`
Dividing (i) by (ii) we GET

`sqrt((M_1 + M_2)/(M_1-M_2))=(16)/(12)=4/3`On SOLVING we get`M_(1)/M_(2)=25/7`
