= 3.0 x 105 Nm-2

Change in volume, dV = DF

= 600 -300 = 300 c.c = 300 x 10-6 m3

Work done by the gas from D to E to F = Area of ΔDEF

w 1/2 = DF x EF = (300 X 10-6) x (3.0 x 105)

= 45 J.
