`I = (E )/(SQRT(R^2 + omega^2 t^2) )`
` 10 = (100)/(sqrt(16+ (100 pi L)^2)`
solving we get ` sqrt(16 + (10 pi L)^2)= 10`
`16 + (100 pi L)^2 = 100`
`L = 0.02916 H`
