I see it is too easy I have done it many TIMES with my freind You can see that was398=964 so TAKE the 3 and 8 and square it (9 and 64) then put together 964.

Now see this 398=964 so take the 3 and 8 and square it (9 and 64) then put together 964.

118=164 same thing here 1 and 8 square it and is (1 and 64) which makes the 164

Then see 398=964 so take the 3 and 8 and square it (9 and 64) then put together 964.

Now see GUYS 423 take the 4 and the 3, square them and you get (16 and 9), so my answer is 169.

Guys answer is = 169
