Revolutions can bring only a fundamental change in the society and not a new culture. It can change only the social order. Love, care, affection and kindness are totally different values. They always remain the same in human beings. Changing them forcefully will only mean repeating them. They cannot be attend from a old to new house are outwardly clever, educated, cultured and inwardly they are violent. If we have desire to bring about change in the society, we shall have to fundamentally change the animal instinct found in them.The inward power always overcomes the outward circumstances. Only education has power to bring such change in human beings. Therefore, complete destruction of society can not bring about fundamental change in the society.

क्रांति किसी भी समाज में कुछ मूल भूत बंदलावों ला सकता है न कि एक नई संस्कृति को लाने में समर्थ है। यह तो सामाजिक क्रम को बदल सकता है। ध्यान रखना, प्रेम, स्नेह, दयालुता और उदारता, ये सभी एकदम अलग मूल्य हैं। ये सभी मानवों में एक निश्चित मात्रा में सदा विद्यमान होते हैं। इनमें जोर-जबरदस्ती बदलाव करने का अर्थ है इनका फिर से दोहराना। ये कभी भी पुराने घर से नए घर को बदलने की प्रक्रिया का अनुशरण नहीं करते और वाह्य तौर पर जो शिक्षित, तेज, सुसंस्कृत दिखते। वे अंदर से हिंसक हो सकते हैं। यदि हम समाज में बदलाव लाने की तमन्ना रखते हैं तो हमें उसमें मूल-भूत तत्त्व के रूप में पाए जा रहे पाशविक। व्यवहारों को बदलना होगा। वाह्य परिस्थितियों से ही हमारी आंतरिक परिस्थितियां जागृत होती है। एक मात्र शिक्षा में ही वह शक्ति होती है कि मनुष्य के अंदर कोई बदलाव ला सके। अत: समाज का पूरी तरह से विध्वंस कर देने से समाज में कोई मूल-भूत बदलाव नहीं आ सकता है।
