1.	Comment on thecatenation capacity of sulphur.
Answer» Solution :Catenation ability of sulphur is HIGHEST among chalcogens. Sulphur is next to carbon in the tendency to CATENATE. Catenation ability of sulphur is OBSERVED in polysulphids and polythionic acids. Among `M-M` BONDS of chalcogens, `S-S` bond is stronger and hence HIGHER catenation ability.
