Mark the POINT of concurrence of the bisectors as `I_(1)`. 5. Mark the foot of the perpendicular from `I_(1)` on produced AC as D. 6. Draw a circle with `I_(1)` as the centre and `I_(1) D` as radius. This is the required excircle.
