We know that drift speed of electrons `v_d = (eE)/(m) tau`, where `tau`= RELAXATION time
`therefore mu = ( (eE tau)/(m) )/(E )= e/m tau`
SI unit of mobility is `m^2 V^(-1) s^(-1)`
