Answer» SOLUTION :The structure of CsCl is SHOWN in Fig. In this structure, `Cl^(-)` ions have simple cubic arrangement and are present at all the comers of the cube. The `Cs^(+)` ions occupy the body POSITIONS of the cubes. The coordination number of `Cs^(+)` ION is 8 and that of `Cl^(-)` ion is 8 in this structure.
