If I hadnot helped him, he could not write a line I bet. I just wanted a favour fromhim. But instead of the favour, he did the very thing which is making our lifehell these days. So I am here for a revenge!

Lavinia: (shocked) John how long have you known thisrepulsion? What favour did she want from yiu?

Hallock: (nervous and at loss for words) Darling it is along story. Actually she wanted me to help her stop people using Ouija Board. BeforeI could talk to you, you organized the Ouija Board party; then you forced me tobe Miss Hinkle’s partner. Unfortunately, Helen appeared in the Ouija Boards. Shethinks I have done all of this intentionally.

Helen: (relenting) What did you say? You were not involvedin it! I thought it was you who organized this party!

Lavinia: (assertively) No, it was I who had it arranged.John was insisting on me to return the Ouija Board to the shop. Now I understandwhy you were so insistent!

Helen: (calmly) Hmm! Now I get it. You tried your best to dowhat I asked you! My anger against you is a mistake. I won’t bother you anylonger. I don’t want any revenge either.

Lavinia: (firmly) Listen Miss Ghost! You don’t need to helpmy husband with any story in future. We won’t use any Ouija Board ever. You juststay away from our family.

Hallock: Yes Helen, I am giving up writing ghost stories. I willpick up some other genre. Sorry for the trouble. Good bye.

(Helen vanishes into the thin air. Hallock and Lavinia hug each other)
| |
