Differences Between D-latch And D Flip-flop?

D-latch is LEVEL SENSITIVE where as flip-flop is EDGE sensitive. Flip-flops are MADE up of LATCHES.

D-latch is level sensitive where as flip-flop is edge sensitive. Flip-flops are made up of latches.
