Solution :HCI COMMON `H^(Theta)` iondecreases ionsionof `H_(@)S` giving less `[S^(Theta)]` that canpercipitate group II tosalphides .But `H_(2)SO_(4)` athough a good source of `H^(theta)` , will precipitate `Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+),Ba^(2+),Ca^(2+),Se^(2+)` ATC as their sulphate HENCE true
