Answer» Solution :Homopolymer : Polymers whose repeating structural units are DERIVED form only ONE type of monomer units are called homopolymers. For example , polythene , PVC, PAN , teflon, polystyrene , nylon 6, etc. Copolymers : Polymers whose repeating structural units are derived from two or more types of monomer molecules are copolymers. For example , BUNA- S, nylon 6,6 , polyester , BAKELITE, metmac etc.
