This option will display the same message for all users. Is there a way to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/create-427332" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about CREATE">CREATE</a> a specific message as a .bat file and use another batch file to add and remove it from a local users account login script and not have it effect all users with the same message??</p></body></html>
