Solution :For (i) to (iv) refer to Point Number 18 of "Chapter At A Glance".
(V) (a) 12-16 compound : A semiconductor formed by combination of GROUP 12 and group 16 elements is CALLED 12-16 compound. For example, `ZnS. Cds, and HGTE`.
(b) 13-15 compound : A semiconductor formed by the combination of group 13 and group 15 elements is called 13-15 compound. For example, AlP, InSb and GAAS.
