Explain the importance of a family. |
|
Answer» A family is the smallest social institution. When a child is born in the family, his parents nourish him. A child gets the knowledge of the society for the very first time from his family. The virtues like affection, cooperation, sympathy, tolerance, devotion, service, loyalty, politeness, etc. are developed in the child by staying in the family. A child gets culture from the family. The ideology of the family plays an important role to make decisions, which are acceptable or non-acceptable. This is the reason why a family is called “the best school of culture and personality development”. |
