Sociability of an entrepreneur is very important for his success. He should maintain cordial and amicable relations with the people in his contact.
He should be cooperative in nature. He should cooperate with the owners, employees, lenders, suppliers, customers and even with his competitors.
Entrepreneurs must show their compassionate, generous, kind considerate behaviour towards their employees.
It is rightly said that respect given is respect earned. Therefore, a successful entrepreneur should give respect to all the persons coming in his contact. |
