| Answer» 1) Lie down straight on your back.2) Close your eyes.3) Take your attention to your right foot for a few seconds.4) Next move your attention to the right knee, right thigh and hip.5) Repeat this same process for the left leg.6) Take your attention to the upper body: stomach, chest.7) Now take attention to the right shoulder, right arm and fingers.8) Repeat this same process for the left shoulder, left arm.9) Finally face and top of the head.10) Now take a deep breath and observe the sensations in your body.11) Relax in this state for a few minutes.12) Slowly sit up and open your eyes. | |
