Solution :YES, Kirchhoff.s first law is true and valid for each plate of a capacitor because WHATEVER current FLOWS towards the plate of a capacitor in the form of conduction current `i_(C )`, same amount of current flows away from it in the form of displacement current `i_(d)`.
