so if you want the ans in real no ,you cant GET

but you can get ans in COMPLEX no if you do ‐31=31i²

so you will get TWO complex ans by formula

b+d½÷4a and b‐d½÷4a

=‐3+(31i²)½÷(4*2) and ‐3‐(31i²)½÷(4*2)

=‐3+(31)½*i÷8 and 3‐(31)½*i÷8
