For anaqueous solution of the same solute , in terms of concentration,
Answer»
1 M =1 m 1 M gt 1 m 1 m gt 1 M Any of these is possible
Solution :1M solution contins 1 mole of the solute in 1000 C.C of the solution which includes the solute i.e. mass of solvent is LESS than 1000 g as 'd' of `H_(2)O`1 g /CC. Thus 1 M solution contains 1 mole of solute in less than 1000g of solvent, whereas 1 m solution has 1 mole of solute in 1000 g of solvent. Hence 1 M is more concentrated than 1m.
