Give the introduction to asanas , pranayama, meditation and kriyas

Answer» asnas are the stretching exercise e.g: padmasana,mayur asana etc. and pranayams are performed by holding ,exhaling and inhalalation of air e.g :anulom vilom and in meditation our mind goes in the state of consciousness where we feel peace eg: sitting in padamasana in gyan mudra, kriyas are performed to purify our body eg: naulikriya,vastra dhoti
