It is an important constituent of our daily diet (iii) CLEANING ACTION of soaps and detergents is due to the formation of an emulsion between OILY dirt and soap (or detergent) solution. (iv) Cosmetics, ointments, lotions, hair dyes etc are more effective in the form of emulsions.
