Answer» By markonikov rule bromine should attach at the carbon which has more +I effect so , 2 should be the correct answer. but and is given as 4 i don't think 4 is correct.. see the example below.. if it would have been 4, the above 4 it should he 1 because 1° is also same.. as 4 having extra ethyl group..
