How is the Product Backlog ordered? |

Answer» Whatever is deemed most appropriate by the PRODUCT Owner.The Product Owner decides what makes the most sense to optimize the value of the WORK being DONE by the Development Team. The product backlog is ordered based on the value provided to the business. The value may be affected by various other FACTORS like complexity, criticality, and risk but are not the direct basis for calculating the value. The item value being delivered is calculated by the product owner and he/she is responsible for ORDERING the product backlog. |
