Answer» As much as needs to be DONE based on the definition of Done. The Sprint BACKLOG consists of a set of items that deliver the product increment. It is the Development team members that decide what functionality should be INCLUDED in the next increment. The Scrum Team defines “Done” at the END of the project and would not consider that the end-product is COMPLETED unless it matches with the definition of “Done”. |
