Answer» A few permissions are required before we begin to ADD contacts. "Read" and "Create" permissions on contacts to VIEW and create new contacts. Now you can EITHER click on "New" next to Recent Contacts or select Contact from the "Create New" list. Fill in the required details and click on SAVE. Click on Save & New to save the current RECORD and add a new one.
