Overview training in ERP CONCEPTS and ERP benefits would be necessary for the top management and steering COMMITTEE members. An in depth software specific training would be necessary for the implementation TEAM. An infrastructure management (HARDWARE, software, networking) and ERP software maintenance training would be necessary for the IT team. Once implemented, detailed user-training would be necessary for a LARGE number of users and potential users throughout the organization. User training would be limited to modules specific to individual users.
