n(A⋃B) = n(A) + n(B) - n(A⋂B)

∴ n(A⋂B) = n(A) + n(B) - n(A⋃B)

∴ n(A⋂B) = 20 + 25 - 40 = 5

∴ n(A⋂B) = 5
