Answer» Solution :Synthetic detergent will be preferred because soaps will FORM scum with WATER containing calcium hydrogencarbonate (hard water). Soaps are BIODEGRADABLE and do not cause water pollution. Detergent MAY not degrade and cause ENVIRONMENTAL problem. |
