Answer» India and Pakistan exchanged the list of nuclear installations and facilities through diplomatic channels simultaneously at New Delhi and Islamabad under a three-decade old bilateral pact. As per the press release of External Affairs Ministry, the lists were exchanged under the Agreement on the Prohibition of Attack against Nuclear Installations between India and Pakistan. This is the twenty seventh consecutive exchange of such a list between the two countries, the first one took place on January 1, 1992.
