Is it permissible to change the members of the Development Team? |

Answer» Yes. The Scrum guide recommends that the development team size should be between 3 and 9. We can change the team members as NEEDED while TAKING into ACCOUNT the short-term REDUCTION in productivity. If we add more team members according to the project requirements or if we subtract the team members, in the end, the Development team has to meet the Sprint goal. |
